The cluster facility is administered by Techsquare, if you have problems using the system you can contact the systems administration team. The easiest way to contact the team is via e-mail at cg01-admin@techsquare.com.The current primary systems support team a Greg Shomo and Cheyenne Greatorex who both work for Techsquare. For applications help with the MIT General Circulation Model please contact the support address support@mitgcm.org. A set of resources with general help on parallel programming and job execution with MPI can be found here. A set of resources related to cluster computing can be found here and here.
