MITgcm is an open-source code, free to download and use. It is a community model and many people outside of MIT have contributed to the development of MITgcm. We invite all to get involved. If you have a piece of code, whether it be a new functionality or a diagnostic routine, feel free to commit to the MITgcm GitHub repository. It will be reviewed by the MIT team before making public.
